I was told to do a small reset 1st after I had already did one before & it still didn't fix the problem. So, i was forced into doing a full "factory reset" NOPE still no Wi-Fi or Bluetooth!? Phone won't work on any wearable devices, my health devices, headphones or anything that requires Bluetooth. So if I'm to lose anything I can't even use smart tag or anything from Samsung. But I can't even use other headphones that aren't Samsung because it's the Bluetooth from your update. Now I've lost all my passcodes & even the basic settings took forever to set up are all gone. Thanks!? All from an error that I didn't cause. Now i lost all my presettings that took years of working on every time you guys keep doing your automatic updates! I have to lose and redo stuff, which I don't mind it's annoying, but this is absolutely ridiculous. For approximately 2 weeks now since you had your last update my "WiFi & Bluetooth" do not work. I was trying to speak with someone on the phone as I was given a ticket number & they told me to do another factory reset. Now the people on the phone your tech support is horrible & worse than AI because at least AI doesn't have a conscience. These are people you hired that have no idea what they're doing and make the customer lose things that cost money and you never take fault or take accountability. 

 With no Wi-Fi I cannot back anything up therefore losing all my data AGAIN plus anything previously that I've done before your last update which now is at least once a month if not more It's getting ridiculous. Here we are coming on 3 weeks & still no Wi-Fi and or Bluetooth. Chat GPT is telling me "The chip or connection to the chip that controls Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and cellular is failing" I had to contact optim who was a nightmare but they're telling me it's a software and hardware program through Samsung not them. I looked online I'm not the only one having this problem and also a close friend who went through the same process I've yet to speak to anyone who's gotten this fixed correctly. I've asked to speak to a supervisor for weeks now and I got hung up by 1:00 because he was getting frustrated that it wasn't working the way he wanted to tell me what he was reading off the computer. I was born at night but not last night and I'm not going to continue and lose data and settings that take a while to set up. I'm very aware of any type of phone problems and I'm willing to be without my phone for days but now we're on 3 weeks. What are you going to do to fix this problem? I was going to upgrade to the Samsung s26 or the fold 7 is what I really wanted but if I'm going to continue dealing with problems like this and this is how you treat your customers I will go on to. Apple or any other company that can help.

Try resetting network settings and see if that works
