Hey there user5djLsaaxeH,

Thanks for reaching out for assistance. Can you confirm which device are you referring too? What is the current Software version the device is currently running?

Have you tried any of these troubleshooting steps?

Wipe Cache Partition:

  1. Turn off the device.
  2. Connect the device to a computer using a USB cable (this is required for newer Android versions).
  3. Press and hold the Volume Up and Side (Power) keys simultaneously.
  4. When the Samsung logo appears, release all buttons.
  5. The Android Recovery Menu will appear. Use the volume buttons to navigate to and select Wipe cache partition.
  6. Press the Side key to select.
  7. Use volume buttons to highlight Yes and the Side key to confirm.
  8. Once complete, select Reboot system now.

Boot in Safe Mode:

  • Power Menu (Easiest)
    1. Swipe down from the top of the screen twice to open the Quick Settings panel.
    2. Tap the Power icon.
    3. Touch and hold the Power off icon on the screen.
    4. Tap the Safe mode icon when it appears.
    5. The device will restart, and "Safe mode" will be visible at the bottom left of the screen.
  • How to Exit Safe Mode:
    • Restart your phone normally.
    • Alternatively, swipe down the notification panel and tap the "Safe mode is on" notification, then tap Turn off.
Note: Safe mode disables all third-party applications to help identify issues caused by downloaded apps.

Factory Reset:

    1. Open Settings.
    2. Select General management.
    3. Tap
      Reset
  • Choose Factory data reset.
  • Review the information, then tap Reset to permanently erase all data.

Just a heads up, before doing this step, it is recommended to fully back up your device, so there will be no data lost.

If none of the troubleshooting steps aboved helped, then service will be your next option. In order to get that service set up, please send myself or any other of the moderators a Private Message.
