I have always loved Samsung support and their devices. One ui 7.0 has rendered my phone unusable. 20 second unlock times, inability to call or receive calls, and service drops without me knowing until I restart.

What kind of symptoms does a Samsung update have? I've never had any "symptoms" of any update and I'm curious as to what they would be.

Fold & Flip PhonesYes, as an electrical engineer I think I know more than a 19 year old technician who held the phone in his hand for less than 1 minute and told me it was a screen issue without even running the built in diagnostics (which all passed fine, including the screen, when I tested them). The screen functions perfectly. I am using it now, however, since the phone has been on for about 20 min, if I was to lock the screen and unlock it,it would take over 40 seconds to unlock the screen.
Below is a summary of these issues-
. “Multiple calls in progress” glitch
Some Galaxy S‑series users report being notified of "multiple calls in progress," even when only one call is active—causing confusion and sometimes masking incoming calls. This appears to be a bug in the phone app introduced by the latest firmware, and Samsung has yet to address it formally (reported across forums and Reddit threads shortly after the May security patch).
