Fold & Flip PhonesHello Samsung Support Team,
I am reaching out with a question regarding Samsung Care+ eligibility following an extended warranty repair.
My device has been in Samsung’s repair process for approximately a month, and I am trying to determine whether it can still be enrolled in Samsung Care+ once it is returned to me. I understand that enrollment typically requires a Device Quality Certification confirming no pre-existing damage, and I would like clarification on whether a device that has undergone warranty repair—potentially including part replacement—can still qualify.
Specifically, I would appreciate guidance on:
- Whether a repaired or replacement device can be enrolled in Samsung Care+ after the repair is completed.
- Whether any additional verification steps are required on my end.
- Whether the IMEI status changes after repair or replacement affect eligibility.
Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your clarification.
Best regards,
Mike
