Its not worth it. I submitted a claim for inner screen repair. It took 2 weeks for UBIF to receive the part. I took it on 03/04/2026. They had it all day and had "finished" the repair but it popped up with an internal communications error.  SC+ advertises all over the page that UBIF are "licensed, certifed Samsung repair technicians using licensed, official Samsung parts for repairs". UBIF contacted Samsung techs at their "licensed, certfied, repair facility" in Texas. Samsungs own "licensed, certifed Samsung repair technicians" told UBIF its an internal error and that even they as 'icensed, certifed Samsung repair technicians" could not override, void, or bypass that error code and deemed it unrepairbale. Now my only option is pay $99 for REFRUBISHED phone or mail it in to their "licensed, certifed Samsung repair technicians. I've already paid $1300 for it, and they expect a refurbished phone to be equivalent, or I can mail it in and be without a phone for up to 14 business days. This is absolute **bleep** customer service.  I NEVER would have purchased a Flip 7 or SC+ if I knew it would be like this. Its a total scam and not worth it. I love Samsung but after this, I will never buy another Samsung product again.
