Samsung Fix Restarting Issue

SAMSUNG Please Fix the issue with the Z Fold 5 CONSTANTLY crashin and restarting Apps!!!
Thus has been going on for about 2 years now & You STILL haven't Fixit!!!
You do nothing but put "Bandaids" or tell people to Factory Reset their phone, EVEN THOUGH that does NOT fix the issue!!!
I know because I've been dealing with this since Aug 2023 & am on my 3rd Fold 5!!!! & yes I've had to set 2 new phones up from SCRATCH, so IF a factory reset would fix it, the I wouldn't have the issue when I set up a new phone DUH!!!!!

SO FIX IT ALREADY!!!!

Have you ever put in an error report?  This is a peer-to-peer user help forum.  If you want Samsung to fix something, either put in an error report through the feedback link in the support tab of the members app or request immediate text help and allow them access to  your phone.  Since I haven't seen a whole lot of posts from others on this issue, it would stand to reason that if you had this issue on several phones, it may very well be an issue with one (or more) of your installed apps causing conflicts.

I've spent Hours on the phone and in chats.
& No it's Not one of my apps causing the issue, because I Never had the issue UNTIL I got the Fold 5.
Always had the Notes & never had the issue, plus there's many others with the same issue!!
So we all can't have the same app that's causing issues!
& If you check any Reddit forum for Samsung help you'll see hundreds of posts where people have been in contact with Samsung about this issue for over 2 years now & they still haven't fixed it

You can also try submitting feedback to Samsung, as suggested by @realaud. Additionally, we recommend running the diagnostics under the Support Tab in the Members app to test the hardware.

If the phone continues restarting, then it is recommended to have the phone evaluated by an authorized technician.
