Hi, I’m having an issue with the cover screen speaker option on my Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6. When I first got the phone, I was able to switch calls to speaker from the cover screen after closing the phone. Since updating the only option it shows is Bluetooth.
I’ve already gone through all the settings and followed everything I’ve found online—including making sure the setting to automatically switch to speaker when the phone is closed is turned on—but nothing works.
I don’t want to connect to Bluetooth, I just want to use the speaker like I used to. Has anyone else run into this or found a solution?
