Samsung is giving me the run around and not honoring their promotion for Z Flip 6 One Time Discounted Screen Repair

Please help, I've been overcharged. I have called several times and have never received correct information and have been promised return calls from supervisors that have not come.

I sent my phone in after talking with a repair center rep. that confirmed that my Z Flip 6 would be covered by the Z assurance 1 time discounted screen repair promotion. The cost is $200. This program is promoted by Samsung online and the price is confirmed as $200 in several places. I was charged the standard rate (Over $340!) 

I just need them to bill me the correct $200 so I can pay and get my phone back. I need it ASAP. I only want what I was told and what Samsung advertises. If anyone here can help, thank you.

Have you met EACH individual criterion in this link from Samsung?

It appears your first link redirects to Facebook too many times and it errors out. Your second and third links are not from Samsung's website. If you do meet all the criteria on the Samsung website I posted, I would use that as supporting evidence they should charge you only $200. Good luck!
