Samsung z flip 7 signal issues

Having issues with signal keeps showing no bars then one bar after Decembers update and also Google play system won't update still says July 1st 25 and people try to call me and it don't ring with recent update also freezing did factory reset didn't help it's a brand new phone I should have kept my s24 ultra so far the signal is worse on this phone then the s24 ultra idk why.

If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information, and look at this from a case by case basis, please provide the full model code and serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.
