On Z Fold 6 - When using my phone unfolded - I noticed a behavior that sometimes happens after I've just woken up the phone after having let it sit for a little while.
Let's say my phone has been sitting for an hour or so, I pick it up unlock it and swipe down to look at notifications. As soon as I swipe down to look at notifications the screen will go dark and then go back to lock screen. It only seems to happen after the phone has been sitting for a little while. Any ideas what this is and if there is a fix?
It happens to me sometimes as well, mostly when I swipe the Notistar icon to read notifications. I just swipe again, and it's fine. I just figured it had something to do with Notistar because it never happened before that.
@Faltik As a troubleshooting step, you could boot into safe mode. If this does not occur while booted in safe mode, then you know that it is caused by some 3rd party software installed on your phone. To boot in safe mode, https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/
Since this is an occasional problem it might be difficult to confirm with this troubleshooting.
You could just contact Samsung support via the Samsung Members app -> Support -> Text support to do live troubleshooting.
