Fold & Flip PhonesIt happens to me sometimes as well, mostly when I swipe the Notistar icon to read notifications. I just swipe again, and it's fine. I just figured it had something to do with Notistar because it never happened before that.

Fold & Flip Phones@Faltik As a troubleshooting step, you could boot into safe mode. If this does not occur while booted in safe mode, then you know that it is caused by some 3rd party software installed on your phone. To boot in safe mode, https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/
Since this is an occasional problem it might be difficult to confirm with this troubleshooting.
You could just contact Samsung support via the Samsung Members app -> Support -> Text support to do live troubleshooting.
