Shipping down on notifications results in picture in picture

I have a galaxy z flip 6. Everytime i get a notification and I swipe down on the notification it results in a picture in picture pop up. I hate this and cannot figure out how to turn it off. I have picture in picture disabled, and floating notifications turned off but still it pulls up in a separate picture. How do I turn this off. I want the notification to be brief but if I tap it it opens the app completely and not a pop up

Do you have multi view or open in pop up window on? I believe if you press too long on a notification, instead of just tapping it, it will open in pop-up view. Try just tapping the notification.
