Steps to get help because I have a 6 month old zfold6 that is $1800 waste

1. Zfold6 fell from bed and power button edge bent in. Phone completely cased and protected. Damage to the one spot no case can protect. 2 months ago. 

2. Bluetooth disconnects often, started 2 weeks ago. 

I bought the 1tb version. Love my phone. No insurance. I own a bunch of Samsung devices. Never needed insurance. Always have protection but this fold with a fingerprint sensor power button combo messed me up. Didn't realize what a design flaw that created. 

Went to a local fixit Samsung shop but they couldn't do anything.... At least anything without costing huge money. 

They suspect the bluetooth antenna is lose or something. And a spring under the power button. 

Bought the phone 7 months ago. I am bummed. Feeling like I can't get through to Samsung. I tried to call them but the software that was to get me to a person crashed at the last step and said to start again.

Sorry to say since you didn’t purchase Care + or Insurance from your carrier you will have to pay for the repairs since it was dropped and I figure it’s going to be a lot.  Your only option is to contact support and a certified repair center to see what is cause and pricing for repair is
