Fold & Flip PhonesThank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand how concerning it can be when our device doesn't play any sound. There are several ways to troubleshoot sound issues if the speakers on your Samsung Galaxy device do not seem to be working properly. The issue could be caused by a software problem, physical damage or blockages, external device connections, or device settings. For example, if your phone is not playing sound, it could be connected to an external device that is redirecting the audio. Give this link a try for troubleshooting steps for sound not working on your Galaxy Device: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/troubleshooting-speaker-and-sound-issues-on-a-sams...
If you have tried the troubleshooting steps provide and are still experiencing these symptoms, the next step would be a service repair.

Fold & Flip Phones@Tippitytapp I've never had this happen on my Fold 7 nor any of my other phones. Have you tried disconnecting the Buds 4 Pro? Have you checked phone settings -> Sounds and vibration to make sure that it is set to sound AND the volume is turned up?
If that doesn't resolve it, have you tried rebooting your phone?
If you are still stuck, try booting into safe mode. That will disable all 3rd party apps.
To boot in safe mode, https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/
