Fold & Flip PhonesI would suggest going into the time and date settings and turning off "automatic time zone" and "set time zone based on location", and then set your time zone manually. Note that these settings, sometimes turn themselves back on after a reboot, even if you turn of the automatic date and time setting as well. I believe my carrier (T-Mobile) wants it all automatic and keeps changing it back. It's problematic when I cruise and have to remain on ship time, not local time when on land. Try it and see if it works for you. The worst that happens is the settings change back and you will continue to be annoyed by the time zone change notification. You can also try (and I am not sure the clock controls these notices), going to the clock app/notifications/notification categories and turning off the slider for "other notifications".

Fold & Flip PhonesIt's a system notification because it's a system function - it also informs the calendar, so if you don't have your calendar set to stay in your time zone, all your appointment times will continually adjust. What's really annoying is that you cannot turn off the notification category. I, for one, don't really need to know when (if) my time zone changes - I can see by my watch (when I travel, I use a dual time zone clock widget). You can turn off the auto time zone, and if you mainly travel between only two time zones, you can just set the second clock for the second time zone. Or use the roaming clock on your lock screen. It will show your home time zone and whatever time zone you are currently in. Just spitballing here. Experiment with different settings and see if anything works to get rid of that message. FWIW, I don't have the new update yet (any day now), and even in my system settings turning off those notifications is disabled, so I'm sure it's a mandatory notification in every iteration of Android. It's not a Samsung setting, it's an Android setting. That particular notification category does not exist in Android13 to disable or enable. Perhaps we should be complaining to Google.
