Ever since the last software update, my touch screen isn't responding properly. It never gave me any troubles before the update. At first my screen wouldn't respond at all until I did a force restart holding the power and volume down button. Now it responds but not all of the time. There's still a lot of times where it won't respond to touches and this is happening pretty often. My phone is the Flip 6.

One thing you could try is rebooting the phone into safe mode and seeing if the touch screen works any better in that configuration. If so, your problem is very likely being caused by malware installed on your phone.

Hello SarahSkipper, Welcome to the Community. We understand how concerning it is for the touchscreen to stop working intermittently.

We recommend trying the steps provided by @MrGhoul https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10001974/

If these steps do not help, it is recommended to have the phone serviced. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location  or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.

For assistance outside the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html

If you purchased a Samsung Premium Care or Care+ membership with your device, this plan does cover repairs not covered in the warranty. You can find more information about this plan here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/samsung-care-plus/
