Over the past week, I called regarding my trade-in of FOLD 6.

You claimed you received a Motorola Phone, which is not from me.

My Fold 6 was mailed to Samsung on July 29th, 2025.

I have never used a phone called Motorola.

  • I have a picture/video of evidence that I dropped the package
  • I have opened several cases because of this error
  • I attached the email you sent me, calling me JAMES MEYERS, which proves the error is from you.

Samsung swapped my return with that of JAMES MEYERS and charged me $945. 

I will follow this case to a logical conclusion until we resolve it.

Whatever information you need will be supplied. I will not pay for Fold 6, which I mailed to you already.

If you paid by credit card, contact them and put in a dispute. Explain everything, have all documents.

They work for you, not the vender/Samsung.
