UI7 fold 4- large screen, BT, wifi issue shortly after update

Shortly after the last update I found my screen goes blank, Wifi and Bt drop at the same time. Some times I get 30 seconds of full screen but usually it flashes then goes dark instantly. Recovery is usually a reboot to the front screen using vol down and power down. As soon as I reopen the fold it recurs. I have tried resetting the SW and clearing cache but the issue returns. It also happens before I restore settings and apps. Anyone have any thoughts for the fix or have you experienced the same?

Welcome to the Community. We understand how upsetting it is for the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth to drop and for the screen to go blank.

When you say you reset the SW, do you mean a full factory reset as described in the following link? https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10002030/ Did you restore your data before testing the phone again?

Have you tried powering the phone on in Safe Mode to see if there is an app causing the issues? https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10003495/

Have you ran the diagnostics in the Members app, under the Support Tab to test the hardware?

I've done all of these. In reverse order, safe mode still exhibits the issue so not an app issue. No issue with moisture, charging etc for screen blanking. I've done reset sw both ways (pwr up and through menu. It fails diags when screen is open around media, camera, sound etc when screen is open but since it crashes I can't resolve. Definitely hw or chip imo.

I have these same big problem after use UI 7 on Fold 4 , suddenly no sound and have to reboot mobile ; and suddenly from small screen to big screen it both black screen , it have to reboot . I very very very hate UI 7 and cannot restore back UI 6 . I would not upgrade and buy Fold 7 should go back Apple in next mobile devices
