Welcome to the Community. We understand how upsetting it is for the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth to drop and for the screen to go blank.
When you say you reset the SW, do you mean a full factory reset as described in the following link? https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10002030/ Did you restore your data before testing the phone again?

Have you tried powering the phone on in Safe Mode to see if there is an app causing the issues? https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10003495/
Have you ran the diagnostics in the Members app, under the Support Tab to test the hardware?

Fold & Flip PhonesI have these same big problem after use UI 7 on Fold 4 , suddenly no sound and have to reboot mobile ; and suddenly from small screen to big screen it both black screen , it have to reboot . I very very very hate UI 7 and cannot restore back UI 6 . I would not upgrade and buy Fold 7 should go back Apple in next mobile devices
