I bought refublished samsung z flip 5 about a 7 months ago now the screen is dead anD in my country Georgia official representatives are saying that it had 6 month guarantee period and they are not fixing the problem.

I apologize, but I may be misunderstanding. If you purchased the item seven months ago and it came with a six-month guarantee, that means it is one month past the warranty period. Therefore, you would be responsible for any repairs that may be necessary after the six months have elapsed.   I suggest contacting Samsung Support Directly since this is the US Support community
