It should be the MultiStar module of GoodLock. To use all apps on the Galaxy Z Flip 6 cover screen, install the GoodLock app from the Galaxy Store, install the 'MultiStar' module, navigate to 'I ♡ Galaxy Foldable', select 'Launcher Widget', and add your desired apps.
