Go to settings about phone, software and take a screenshot, and post it by pressing the +. Please provide current carrier you are using

Sorry, I will not do an email. Only here. You need to flash software ware to your device to get the carrier firmware off of it. This is the only way. You also need to be on the proper for your region. They will be able to help you better.
