Why take away Samsung Messages?!

I dont understand the reason for this... the customization on Google messages is terrible compared to Samsung; therefore, I would like to use Samsung Messages. I bought a Samsung phone for the customization features. And now you're taking that away? Please communicate with Google to make the customization the same as Samsung Messages (like we've been asking) because it's starting to feel like Samsung is abandoning their customers...

So you don't want to use Google Messages, so you are going to go to Motorola or Google so you will then have to use Google Messages?  If you are lamenting customization of the app, iMessage isn't going to be useful to you either.

I stuck with Samsung specifically for Samsung messages; other manufacturers make better hardware which I'd prefer due to the discontinuation of this app. At this point, Samsung might as well be a Pixel phone.

It's really sad to see that Samsung Messages is being taken away. Not sure why Samsung is doing that but it surely is upsetting a lot of users who buy Samsung Phones to use some Samsung apps.

They are doing it because way more people use Google Messages , it provides RCS and is compatible with iPhone users before Samsung users Messages weren't encrypted on iPhone so any messages were at risk, Google Messages allows users to do all the reaction emoji's that iPhone users do which makes chats fun. Samsung Messages was outdated because Samsung has been working on getting Google Messages to be better than what it was because it used to be terrible but it now is pretty well made all thanks to Samsung.

You seem to be obsessed with iPhone.  Samsung phones do not now, nor did they ever remotely resemble iPhones.  By the way, intimating that Samsung is copying or mimicking iPhone is not the insult you think it is.  There are millions of iPhone users who like it just the way it is.
