For over 2 weeks now and I've noticed every update something new will break. But now my Wi-Fi and Bluetooth will not work. I'm not doing another factory reset because I can't back up anything when there's no Wi-Fi. Samsung blames my service provider who I would think is at fault but for once Optimum is right this is a phone and factory problem I have the Samsung fold. I'm going to get the new 6 but this is absolutely ridiculous. Any tips on what I can do since Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are not working I hit details and I'm trying to check settings and nothing I can do works I go on chat GPT but trying to get in touch with the human being at Samsung is very hard especially being Sunday. So if anyone has had this problem please let me know what you did to fix it I don't mind resetting of Wifi and Bluetooth it I'm just not doing a factory reset. I'm tired of being told what to do by Samsung and it doesn't work. It's enough to deal with optimum already who I am taking to small claims court. Just now this is getting ridiculous

If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information, and look at this from a case by case basis, please provide the full model code and serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.

Same they did some automatic update again that messed up my phone even more so the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are still not working and I had to reset all my preset settings down to the contact information I store for people. Little stuff that takes years to put together all erased within one second and nothing fixed. They just keep making up excuses saying the phone is too old when the phone is a few years old. Now Samsung is the new we don't know how to take accountability company? Sad
Do not realize how important Wi-Fi and Bluetooth is for phones to work functionally?

So many of your customers including myself are complaining about no Bluetooth and Wi-Fi you'll do updates it will fix it for a few hours and then it goes back to the same broken. I have to fold five and it is not working nor is it working on my brother's fold six so it's your software and hardware it's not the providers it's your company Samsung get your stuff together. Your customers are very dissatisfied with what you're doing to stuff we've already purchased. Sounds very apple like are you purposely making your products break?

Yeah they're horrible They just keep making tickets I even had insurance on tell me they can't replace the phone. Samsung will not say they did anything wrong nor fix this problem. I may go to Google just because of this or this new company I see that's competing with Apple and Samsung. They make really sick fold phones... I like that they're competing with Samsung who doesn't care about their customers anymore
