Z Fold 7 Delayed Notifications (gmail, work app etc)

Does anyone have a solution for the delayed notifications problem on the Z Fold 7? I use it for work and I can't wait 10mins for notifications to pop up on my work app and the Gmail app. 

I've talked with support 3 times and nothing they've done has worked.

I'm a few hours from just returning the phone and the watch.

My iPhone gets all notifications on time, so for a $2,000 phone and my first android in years, it's really disappointing. Cool phone though if you don't care about timeliness.

What troubleshooting steps have you gone through when you reached out to support?

Notification settings checked, checked optimizations, adaptive battery, checked if any apps were causing this, cleared cache, cleared data,  reset phone.

Thanks for that info. To confirm, you have Sync toggled on and the Gmail & work apps have Unrestricted battery access? If so, are these the only apps where notifications seem delayed?

Synch what exactly? Are you referring to notifications showing on both watch and phone? If so, yes.

Both Gmail and work app have unlimited battery and data access. Today, my personal email seems to be getting notifications on time. My work email (gmail) does not get notifications on time. Work app as well.

Could it be due to it being logged in on my iPhone as well? Then again, my personal email is also logged in on both.

Sync is a toggle on your Quick Panel pull down menu. It can also be found in Settings>Accounts and backup>Manage accounts>Auto sync data (bottom). If you already had Sync enabled, try logging out of your work app and work email on the other phone to test.

Apps is randomly working even before i logged out on iPhone, but Gmail (work email) still not working

Both app and Gmail have been logged out on iphone. Notifications still not on time. Thanks for trying!

I'm barely getting any of my notifications on my Z Fold 7, nowhere near the amount I was getting on my S23 Ultra. I'm barely getting any of the social media notifications and my Gmail works when it wants to. If this is a One UI 8 issue, it's absolutely ridiculous. I'm ready to smash this phone against the wall I'm so irritated man!!!
