ZFlip 5 touchscreen completely unresponsive

The touchscreen of my Zflip 5 is completely unresponsive. It was working fine up until this morning, when I noticed I couldn't open a new message. I left it for a while thinking it was just lagging, but forced a reset (held down the power and volume keys for 30 seconds). The phone reset successfully, but is now on the home screen telling me to unlock the phone to do anything, which I can't because I can't swipe.

The phone itself appears fine - it's on about 75% battery, my saved homescreen photo is still there, it's still connected to the home wifi and when I close it, the time shows up when I hit the power button. The phone has always been in a super strong shock case and I put silicon covers on the screens as soon as I took it out of the box, so it's in pristine condition, hasn't been near water and is almost exactly 2 years old.

I've tried everything suggested on the forums to reactivate the touchscreen, including tapping it (gently) to try reseat a potentially dislodged ribbon cable and sticking it in the freezer in a ziplock bag for a bit to cool down the phone. Nothing is working! Grrrr!

Any tips? I love this phone so I want to avoid replacing it if I can (because honestly, it looks fine on the outside) but I at least would like to make sure my profile is backed up on my Samsung account then factory reset it properly before I trade it in!

@sunny85 You should reach out to Samsung Support or Samsung Care+ if you have it. Your phone needs to be evaluated at a repair center.
