My Galaxy Z Flip 6 (512GB) experienced a screen failure within 90 days of purchase. The repair (#hidden) process has been handled with extreme incompetence:

  1. Misidentification: Local technicians incorrectly identified my 512GB device as 256GB to deflect the repair.

  2. Unsubstantiated Charges: I was charged for the repair despite the device being under warranty.

  3. Failure to Provide Documentation: You claims "physical damage" but has failed to provide a written inspection report despite multiple requests and verbal promises from customer service.

I am requesting a full refund of the repair costs or the immediate release of the technical report justifying the charge.
