Does anyone else have e an issue charging their z flip 6 while closed? I have had mine for several months and it has been great but I just noticed this today. Can it be fixed?

1. Make sure the phone and the apps are fully updated.

2. Try the troubleshooting here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10001462

3. Test the phone in Safe Mode to determine if there is a 3rd-party app causing the slow charging. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/

4. Factory reset the phone. Be sure to back up the data first. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/

If you are still experiencing charging concerns, we recommend having the phone evaluated by a certified technician.
