ZFold6 Bluetooth issues

Im having issues with my bluetooth. It will not connect to anything. Or it says its connected but it wont stay connected fir more then 10 seconds. I've done everything they have told me to do down to factory resetting it. Is There a setting that may be causing this. Any help is appreciated. Can't even connect with my watch. It was previously connected.

Im having the same issues on my ZFold5 and sent a report. Tried everything except factory reset. They messed something up.

Hopefully it's an honest mistake and not them "breaking" phones to encourage upgrading like they got fined for doing in 2018

Its down to sending the phone in for service. The on hand techs couldn't fix it either. Now its a software issue..don't understand why they can't go in remotely and do it. But ill let everyone know how it goes when its back in a few days.

Same issue on my fold 5. After the Nov 20th update my bluetooth is doing the same thing. I have tried clearing cache. Clearing the cache in recovery mode. Factory reset. I did notice that the bluetooth would work in safe mode and detect devices. But nothing will work in safe mode. Once you go back to normal mode it acts up again. Its very annoying and frustrating. Kind of makes me wonder if they did it on purpose for us to upgrade our phone.

In the bios there is a clear cashe partition that will clear out all the cashe on the device factory reset will not clear that. It may work for you . Didn't work for me but it was a suggestion from tech support

I notice it may be a heat thing, specifically when the phone gets to a decent temp it starts to have issues. I put my phone in a deep freeze till it had condensation on the screen and then restarted it. It worked fine after for a few hours.

Same issue here.

I am also having this issue on my Z Fold 6. It started with the Bluetooth connection disconnecting and reconnecting. I was hoping the latest update would fix it. And it made it worse. Nothing connects. Devices are visible, but connection cannot be established.

I really hope this is just a software update that can be pushed to solve this issue. This is drastically impacting my day to day.

I am having an issue with it. It keeps saying connected disconnected about every ten to twenty seconds. I have done the reset for the entire phone. Turned it off, turned it back on removed a bunch of apps made sure there was no background apps running that could be pulling the Bluetooth to it. The last thing they suggested was factory reset. Anyone have an idea?It seemed to happen after this last update.In january.
