Please fix this SAMSUNG!!!

I had ZERO issues with my phone b4 this last update!!! It's turning my very expensive new phone into a BRICK and interrupting my ability to do business.

I've already restarted and wiped my cache partitions. I've all standard instructions to address. The only thing that changed on my phone since this started happening is that horrid update.

HELP!!!

Hello, Welcome to the Community. We understand how upsetting it is for the phone to blink forcing you to restart in Safe Mode.

When you power on the phone in Safe Mode, does the blinking stop? If so, this could indicate there is an app causing the blinking. You will need to find the app causing the problem and remove or disable it. Find out more about using Safe Mode here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10003495/

You can test the phone using the diagnostics under the support tab in the Members app.

This article also has several suggested steps to try: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10004671/

We also recommend submitting feedback to Samsung using these steps: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/How-to-Send-Feedback/ba-p/3001692

When troubleshooting is not helpful, it is recommended to have the phone evaluated by an authorized service center. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S.: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864.

For service outside the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html.

If you purchased a Samsung Premium Care or Care+ membership with your device, this plan does cover services not covered under warranty. You can find more information about this plan here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/samsung-care-plus/
