My Z-Fold 4 has me on tinder hooks; because it crashes when I close it, and when I press On it takes several tries before it boots up again; during which time there is some low light flickering near the bottom of the screen, and just when I think it's bit the dust, it lights up, and works fine.
It's open now, plugged into my computer; and charging, but I'm afraid to close it; or even unplug it, for fear that next time it will not boot.
Here's my question:
How do I backup this phone up, before it goes dead! I've tried the OneDrive option but can't find the backup on OneDrive.
I've considered External Storage but do I need a double female C cable? Why can't I use this option when my phone is plugged into my computer; on the occasion the Phone can be seen on my computer?
The problem with that option is getting my phone to show as a drive on my computer; sometimes, like now, it doesn't.
