This is the second time in 3 months that one of my Galaxy buds are completely dead. Shows fully charged when inside the dock, but when taking off I just get the exclamation point.
The right bud works perfectly fine and is fully charged. Really getting tired of this poor quality control.
Have you tried resetting your buds? Give these steps a try: First, navigate to and open the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone.
For the Galaxy Buds or Buds+, tap About earbuds. Tap Reset earbuds, and then tap Reset to confirm.
