Galaxy Buds
I'm trying to connect my Galaxy Buds+ to my S23Ultra with the latest android update. I've gone through all the tips on Samsung's site. I've reinstalled and updated the wearables app. The phone and the wearables app can find the headphones but neither can connect. I get the above error when going through the phones settings and in the werables app after I select it on the pair screen the app goes to a loading screen with 4 spinning dots and then just returns to the pairing screen. The galaxy buds+ manager says its no longer compatible. Does that mean these just cannot work with the latest android update?

Galaxy BudsHello, Welcome to the Community. We understand the concern with the earbuds not connecting to the phone.
We recommend uninstalling the Wearable app and any Galaxy Buds manager applications you have installed.
Then install the Galaxy Wearable app from the Galaxy Store and try to connect. You can find additional steps here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01111318/
If you still cannot connect, we recommend a service repair. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/ or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
