I'm having the same issue, my right bud always loses charge at a faster rate than the other. And the case won't hold a full charge I find myself having to charge both the case and buds on the daily. It's very frustrating.
@ManuelAlonso85 Are you using the original charger that came with the Galaxy buds? Have you tried resetting the Galaxy buds?
I have the same issue with my ear buds+ (SM-R175) and cradle (EP-QR175), please help me. My left ear buds+ battery drains much faster than the right, I can't use it for 30 minutes. I don't use the touch pad very often. When I fully charge the cradle with buds in it most of the times the left one is not full and the right one is full, sometimes the left one is still totally out of battery. The cradle drains battery very fast too. Resetting and updating did not work. The buds are on the latest version of the firmware.
I am sorry you have tried all the troubleshooting steps to get this issue solved with your buds and the problem is still re-ocurring.
My suggestion is to call 1800-SAMSUNG (1800-726-7864). Once you call them, try to reach a representative and have the valid proof of purchase handy and the serial number of the device. Let them know you want to mail in the buds for service and they will email you a UPS shipping label and give you the proper instructions on how to do this process. It typically takes 7-14 business days for you to receive them back. The serial number and the proof of purchase is typically what is needed as long as the device was purchased less than a year ago.
