Bluetooth can only see one of my buds

I need help. I had them for about 3 months and loved them. Both were working great! Then all of a sudden my left earbud displays as "disconnected" and my bluetooth doesnt seem to pick it up at all anymore. My right bud is the only one that is being found when scanned for devices. The left one has been in charging case now for a few days and still cant connect. Displays that its charging by LED indicators but never connects to my phone no longer. Any tips??

Thanks for reaching out. If only one earbud is connecting service is recommended. Please send a private message with the full model code and the serial number of the earbuds.
