have had my galaxy bud 2 pro for almost a year now , had a software update the other day. did the software update and now my left earbud is so much more quiet than my right one, if I only pull out the left earbud from the case and not the right one the left earbud will be a bit louder than if you pull the right earbud out first, and that one connects to my phone first. what should I do? both my earbuds are so quiet now on full volume and the right one is louder than left still. this genuinely is infuriating and why I don't update nothing.
