The overall sound of my buds 2 pro changes when I turn on active noise canceling. There is more bass, but less treble. When I turn off active noise canceling, there is no bass but the treble is perfect.

Why does the sound of my buds have to change based off of whether or not I use active noise canceling?

Noise-canceling features usually utilize a certain frequency that blocks ambient outside noises. This will be noticeable when the feature is on. Your ears should adjust to the frequency change.

Why does the same thing happen for transparency mode? Bass gets accentuated then too.

You got me on that. I'll see what I can dig up.

I just purchased a set of Galaxy Buds2 Pro earbuds and am having the same issue - that is a selection of Active Noise Cancellation or Ambient Sound changes the equalization to emphasize the bass! As of the date of this posting, Galaxy Wearable informs that "The latest versions of Galaxy Wearable and all related apps are installed."

This is a bug and needs to be reported. Will require a firmware update.
