Buds 2 pro double tap edge left side not working

All of the sudden the left ear bud will not detect the double tap earbud edge to decrease the volume. The right side is still working fine.

Same issue here, and same ear.  Right ear works fine for increasing the volume... the left ear has stopped responding

• You two are not alone. Same issue. I'm sure others are also having the same problem. I'm going to bring the issue up to customer support.

Nevermind I figured out a solution. Go to your settings and reset the device. Should work fine after that.

Same problem,same solution.reset and it's good to go
