Buds 3pro right bud does not click well and won't load

A few days ago I published that I could not connect my buds, in the end I managed it, but I discovered that the right hearing aid does not click well and does not load, I really do not know what happened, I did not fall or anything, it just happened, I hope I can use the guarantee.

You would need to reach out to a service center to have them checked out.
