I love the new Buds 4 Pro! They sound awesome when connected to my phones, but they only have one channel running through my work pc (Dell, Windows 11). I have checked the pc settings to make sure the left channel isn't turned down, but it shows only a mono output and can't seem to get it to configure to stereo. I checked my old buds on it and they work fine, showing stereo and both channels work. I must be missing something stupid and have asked the Google machine the question, but it hasn't been much help yet. Any thoughts are welcome, aside from me being a possible id10t. I already know that happens occasionally...
