Galaxy BudsGalaxy Buds4 Pro right earbud not showing after changing ear tips
Hey everyone,
I just got a new pair of Galaxy Buds4 Pro, and I ran into a strange issue after switching the ear tips.
Before changing the tips, both earbuds were working completely fine. After I swapped them to a different size, the right earbud stopped syncing.
Now in the Galaxy Wearable app, it only shows the left earbud and the case. The right earbud doesnโt appear at all anymore.
Also:
The case doesnโt seem to detect the right earbud anymore
I canโt use swipe/touch gestures on the right bud
Itโs basically like the right earbud is dead or not connecting
Things I already tried:
Resetting the buds in the Wearable app
Putting both buds back in the case and closing it for a while
Charging the case and buds fully
Reconnecting Bluetooth
Has anyone had this happen before or found a fix? It literally started right after I changed the ear tips. I have only had the buds 4 pro for only 6 days.

Welcome to community. We are happy to have you here. We understand you are having issues with one of your earbuds. I can totally see how frustrating that must be.
I see in your post the troubleshooting you have attempted with no success. I have a question for you. You mentioned that you changed the tips and then this issue began. Have you tried changing the tip back and seeing if the problem is still present? I did not see that listed in what you have tried. I am trying to determine where the problem may be.
