Galaxy Buds Series connect/disconnect repeatedly

I purchased a pair of Galaxy Buds Live on September 19th.  Yesterday they started disconnecting/reconnecting rapidly.  I was only wearing the right bud, so I put it in the case and put in the left one - same thing.

This morning, I put in the right one and all was good until a few minutes ago.  It started disconnecting/reconnecting rapidly again.  Again, I put it in the case (75% charge) and put in the left bud.  Same thing.

How do I fix this?  I bought them from a large online retailer and my return window closed 5 days ago...

you have a number of options:

unpair the buds then try to reconnect

remove the buds in the Wear app and add back (will reset your buds)

uninstall the Wear app and start from scratch

I've had three pairs of Galaxy buds and all of them quit working properly within a few months. I now am using Jabra ear buds and I'm happy with those.
