Buds Live issue connecting with wearable app

Hello Samsung 

I'm having a problem with connecting galaxy buds live to the wearable app , my phone is Samsung galaxy A50 , I can connect my buds live to the Bluetooth and I can listen to music and stuff but no matter how many times I tried to connect it to the app it doesn't 

I have tried to delete the app and reinstall it but the problem is still there ,and I can't adjust the equalizer and I can't open the noice cancellation or even knowing the battery..

I am having the same problem with Galaxy buds pro. I am using it on Galaxy S21 Ultra.
