I recently bought the buds live with a phone. I have been experiencing overheating in the buds and now they have lost sound because they overheat so much. Is there a way I can receive a replacement or refund for them?

Galaxy BudsI understand how frustrating this is. This article provides some information on what could cause the earbuds to overheat and some tips on what to do. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00076952/ Have you tried resetting the earbuds? https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00078085/ If the Buds are still overheating and there is still no sound, the earbuds will need to be serviced.
