After using my brand new Buds2 for a couple of days with my S21, the right bud has started making a static noise any time that either ANC or Ambient modes are activated. I know that ANC makes a very low feedback noise, but this is much louder than that. It sounds like loud wind that continuously plays, even over the music, but only in the right bud.

Factory resetting them in the Wearable app does not fix it. This issue happens regardless of which device I have it connected to (PC, other phones etc). This makes ANC and Ambient modes useless to me now.

Can this be fixed, or how do I get Samsung to provide a replacement?

Did you find a solution to this? I have the exact same problem 1 day after getting a pair. Ambient or ANC are completely unusable due to the constant windy static noise in the right ear bud. Samsung support have been useless, this is totally unacceptable quality for an expensive product.

I asked customer support to replace them, to which they said "we can only repair them." So I set up the repair (which was free) and sent them in, and the repair center said that the fix was to replace them, haha. So you have to get the repair center to replace them for you. At least they work now.
