Galaxy BudsHello,
I have an A35 cell. Just purchased Pro3 buds. I cannot get the app to show on my phone. I go to Setting/Apps see Pro3. Search apps find Buds Pro 3. I "open" the app but it says the buds are disconnected - though they are connected through my Bluetooth connection (automatically) Then I get an Update Buds Pro3 agree button, hit that and am asked to install Samsung find. I do not want Samsung find. I see in the background the different adjustment buttons for Pro 3: off/ambient sound/adaptive/active noise etc. I hit close to exit Samsung Find but cannot exit. If I hit "get started" I go to the site to install Samsung Find. Install to see where I am going. It doesn't load. Baffled. Sorry for the long question but I cannot figure out how to get this app onto my phone and don't know what I am doing wrong or if the A35 is too low end for the buds? Thanks to all suggestions. Thomas

Galaxy Buds@TFNYLA If your A35 is running UI 8, this is completely normal. The ear buds no longer appear in the wearable app. See this Samsung article -> https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10007054/

Galaxy BudsThank you. I went to Bluetooth on my connected devices, I see my Pro 3 buds are connected. I select the Settings wheel to the right and only get the screen you see in this link:
