Buds pro 2...360 audio vs Atmos? Which is better?

Which is better for watching movies and such? Music too? Pros and cons to each? Trying to decide which one to use. And since there is no way to quickly switch between I can't make proper comparison.

It's completely up to you on which sounds better, but 360 audio sounds waaaay better than Dolby atmos in my opinion

same here and the difference is enormous. 360 is just fantastic.
