Buds pro won't connect to wearable app

My brand new buds pro connect to my phone via Bluetooth can listen to music  straight out of the box. I don't get the  "pop up screen " when opening the case but it will connect to Bluetooth immediately. Tried to connect to the wearable app and is says disconnected I've tried everything to reset and reconnect and didn't get anywhere. Also my earbuds are speaking another language now

I believe you need to unpair them from bluetooth and connect them through the wearables app. They should connect to bluetooth automatically when they connect to the wearables app.

I will give that a try. I think it's a battery issue at this point. The case won't completely charge

Settings> connections> more connection settings> turn on "nearby device scanning". 😎 Screenshot_20210728-160035_Settings.jpg
