Buds3 Pro Audio Switch/Auto Switch not working between One Plus 15 and Windows PC

I just got my buds3 pro today and cant figure out how to use Google's Audio Switch or Samsung's Auto Switch between an Android and a Windows PC.

On my old beats studio buds plus, i used Audio Switch which let me connect to multiple devices and play audio without disconnecting one (besides making sure they arent playing simultaniously) and my new buds dont get detected by google at all. 

Im pretty sure these galaxy buds3 pros have that google feature and their own samsung implementation but i apparently Samsung started doing the stupid "ecosystem" thing since i left them, so my windows pc and my OnePlus 15 wont work with it. Google's version should work at least.

Yea i mentioned that in the post. i did have some mistakes in my writing and the post is long so i understand why you misunderstood me.

I still need help with this, i at least want to know if its something that works for others.

Apparently a moderator came and edited my comment yet no official has come to help. All around disappointing experience from Samsung right now. 

One more thing, my buds only last about 3 1/2 hours in adaptive mode. Im going to send them in to see if they fix that.
