Buds3 Pro Mic issue

I wanna know why my Buds3 Pro have this issue, because it's getting annoying.

First, they sometimes don't have audio (like, calls don't work normally) and now... The Mic stopped working for no reason.

I tried the solutions online, but nothing worked... and I even Reset the Buds, and nothing.

What the heck am I doing wrong? They don't even have a year of use

Edit: I restarted my phone (Factory Reset) and nothing... Until I deleted Discord, once I did, the Earbuds work just fine.
