bought a pair of Buds3 Pro a few days back. They were working perfectly fine. Then I wore them to the gym. Out of habit from my Buds+, I wiped them before putting them back in the case. But then I got this notification and the charging case was continuously blinking red.

I tried properly wiping them with a paper towel. I let them dry out overnight with the case open and the buds out. I even reset the buds. The issue was still there.

Then I completely drained the buds' batteries and put them back in the case. They started charging again. Notification went away and the blinking LED stopped. Thinking I fixed the issue, I wore them to the gym again. Aaand the issue came back. I work out at least 4 days a week and fully draining the buds before putting them in the case sounds like a nightmare.

Samsung needs to address this.

Have to clean the charger pins with alcohol and a Q-tip; first, see if you don't see the two pins in every hole that needs cleaning.

Dry your Galaxy Buds without alcohol, and scrub the two pins of the charger with a fine metal object. Then, try charging again.

Hello firelord777, Welcome to the Community. We understand the concern with the Buds 3 Pro not charging properly.

Here are some steps that may help:

  1. Use the included charging cable and connect to a USB charger
  2. Check to be sure the case is charging correctly
  3. Verify there is no debris in the charging cradle pin connectors
  4. Check to be sure there is no debris in the charging connection the Galaxy Buds
  5. Check the Wear app to determine if one bud is not charging and check the bud is fully inside the charging case
