Galaxy BudsI am posting this as a bug report in hopes that Samsung engineers see it, and also to find out if anyone else has experienced the same issue.
The issue
After the charging case discharges to approximately 0โ1% while both earbuds are seated inside it, the left earbud's ANC becomes noticeably weaker than the right. The earbuds themselves retain full charge throughout โ only the case loses power. The ANC imbalance is not immediate; it develops gradually after a few minutes of use. Once it appears, it is consistent regardless of ambient noise level or environment.
Reproducibility
This has happened across three separate Galaxy Buds 4 Pro units. The trigger is the same each time: case discharging to near-zero with the buds seated inside. This is not a one-off hardware defect โ it is a reproducible bug.
It is also worth noting that abnormal case battery drain has been reported by multiple users in other threads on this forum. If the case is prone to unexpected discharge, and that discharge event corrupts ANC calibration state on the earbuds, these two issues may be compounding each other.
What I have already tried
To save time: please do not suggest any of the following, as none of them have any effect on this issue.
โ Factory reset (through Bluetooth settings, confirmed multiple times)
โ Checking and adjusting ear tip fit
โ Trying different ear tip sizes
โ Cleaning microphone ports and speaker grilles
โ Checking and centering the left/right sound balance setting
โ Ensuring firmware is up to date
โ Leaving buds in a fully charged, closed case overnight
โ "Adjust sound to fit" is off
Likely cause
My best assessment, based on the consistent trigger across all three units, is that the case losing power while the earbuds are seated and connected interrupts a background calibration or sync process. This appears to corrupt ANC calibration data stored on the left earbud in a way that a standard factory reset does not clear, suggesting the affected data lives in a low-level memory partition that the user-accessible reset does not touch.
A firmware reflash performed by a Samsung service technician may be the only user-side fix, but this should not be necessary. The case losing power should not be able to corrupt earbud calibration state.
What I am looking for
1. Confirmation from other users who have experienced the same trigger and symptom
2. Acknowledgement from Samsung that this is a known issue
3. A firmware fix that prevents the case power loss event from affecting ANC calibration on seated earbuds
If you have experienced this, please reply with whether the trigger was the same (case discharging to near-zero with buds inside) and which earbud was affected. Building a record of affected units is the best way to get this escalated.

Galaxy BudsThanks for the suggestion. I'll definitely do that.
I intend to keep this post up though, as I want to see if anybody else has run into this issue.

Galaxy BudsI have exactly the same problem, except for me its the right bud that the problem is on. This is on my second pair and on both pairs it have happened within a week. I have also tried everything you write above.
